  • Full-priced, non-sale, non-promotional footwear, and handbags can be fully refunded within the above terms of purchase with the original Kingsmead sales invoice.
  • Your first exchanges/refund is not applicable to delivery costs.
  • Merchandise must be returned in new condition with original packaging for the refund or exchange to be valid.
  • No exchanges/refunds on sale items, accessories, or shoe care products.
  • Full customer details are required for all refunds and exchanges.
  • No refunds for purchases made using a Kingsmead gift card. The value of the returned merchandise will be loaded onto another Kingsmead gift card.

  • Online coupons provided by Kingsmead have specific validity periods, and expired coupons will not be accepted.
  • Online coupons are non-transferable and can only be used by the intended recipient.
  • Each online coupon can be redeemed only once, unless otherwise stated.
  • Online coupons cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts unless stated otherwise.
  • The value of online coupons cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of payment.

  • No refunds or reimbursements will be provided for purchases made using an online coupon. All sales with an online coupon are final, and the customer is liable for the delivery fee.
  • If you have a return/collection for an online purchase using a coupon this will be subject to a courier fee.

  • Applies only to goods purchased within 6 months with the original Kingsmead sales invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Defects will be assessed considering fair wear and tear and correct product usage.
  • Customers have the option for a refund, repair, or replacement as per CPA ACT guidelines.
  • Certain brands may require products to be sent for assessment, and feedback can take up to 15 working days.
  • Incorrect fitting is not considered as defective merchandise, and the customer is responsible for fitting at the time of purchase.
  • The warranty does not cover the lights on kids’ shoes after 30 days. However, if the lights cease to function within 30 days of purchase, customers may request an exchange.
  • Additionally, please be aware that embellishments, chains, jewels, and lights on products are not guaranteed, and it is imperative to handle and maintain them with care.

Items can be returned according to store Returns policy but if refunding or exchange is under the R1000 – the sim is to be returned unused/unopened?
If the exchange still results in the total being over R1000 then the sim card and voucher can still be kept.
If sim is used, only an exchange to the value will be allowed.

Exchanges only. No returns unless shoe is defective.
For a Take 2 Promo, both pairs need to be returned for an exchange to be processed.
