Campaign Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all promotions or campaigns (“Campaign”) run by Kingsmead Shoes (“the Promoter”) with defined start and end dates. By participating in any Campaign, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  1. Promoter

The promoter of all Promotions is Kingsmead Shoes.

  1. Campaign Period

2.1 The start and end dates for each Promotion/Campaign will be specified in the relevant Campaign material. 2.2 Any entries or purchases made outside the specified Campaign period will not qualify.

  1. Eligibility

3.1 Promotions/Campaigns are open to South African residents aged 18 years or older unless otherwise specified. 3.2 Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the Promoter or its associated companies are not eligible to participate.

  1. General Mechanics

4.1 The specific mechanics of each Promotion/Campaign will be detailed in its respective description. Examples include “Buy One, Get 50% Off the Second Pair,” “Buy One, Get One Free,” or entry into competitions for purchases made. 4.2 Promotions/Campaigns are valid for purchases made in-store and online unless otherwise specified.

Right to Modify: We reserve the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Errors and Omissions: Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

20% Sitewide Promo 

Description

Customers will receive 20% off full-priced items sitewide.

Exclusions:

    • School shoes

    • Accessories

    • Sale and clearance items

Eligibility

The offer is valid for online purchases only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount code, or voucher.

Returns

Items purchased using this promotion are eligible for return as per our standard return policy. However, no refunds unless there is a defect.

Buy One, Get 50% Off the Second Pair

Description Purchase two pairs of shoes included in the Promotions/Campaigns and receive a 50% discount on the cheaper pair. Discount Application

  • For transactions involving more than two pairs, the discount will apply to the cheapest pair.

Exclusions

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or loyalty rewards.
  • Gift cards, accessories, and sale items are excluded unless otherwise stated.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • If one item is returned or exchanged, the remaining item will be charged at full price.
  • Refunds apply only to the amount paid after the discount was applied.
  • Exchanges only for size/colour/style within the BOGO promotion.

Buy One, Get One Free

Description Purchase two pairs of shoes included in the Promotions/Campaigns and receive the cheaper pair for free. Discount Application

  • The 100% discount will automatically apply to the cheaper item in the transaction.
  • For transactions involving more than two pairs, the discount will apply to the cheapest pair.

Exclusions

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or loyalty rewards.
  • Gift cards, accessories, and sale items are excluded unless otherwise stated.

Winter Competition

Competition Period
The competition runs from 1 May to 31 August 2025. Entries submitted after this date will not be considered.

How to Enter

  • Customers must make a purchase at any participating  store or online during the competition period.

  • To enter, customers must provide their full contact details at checkout or through the official entry form provided.

Prizes

  • Win Your Purchase Back: 10 winners will be randomly selected during the competition period to be reimbursed for the full value of their qualifying purchase. You will be contacted via the contact details provided when entering.

  • Grand Prize: One lucky winner will receive R10,000 in cash, to be announced after the competition closes on 31 August 2025.

Prize Conditions

  • The “Win Your Purchase Back” prize will be paid via store credit.

  • The R10,000 prize will be paid via EFT only.

  • No exchange or transfer of prizes will be allowed. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, except where stipulated.

General

  • By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
